When you sign up for our early access waitlist, we collect strictly the following information:
- Full Name: to address you personally in communications.
- Email Address: to send you early access invitations, release updates, and important announcements.
- Phone Number (Optional): if provided, to send SMS or WhatsApp notifications regarding exclusive early access.
- Signup Timestamp: automatically recorded on the server to preserve queue order.
We do not collect passwords, tracking cookies or sensitive health data. Your IP address is used only briefly to prevent spam and is not saved with your signup.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to contact you about the launch of FindingSakhe, notify you when early access spots open up, and share product progress updates. We will never spam your inbox.
3. Where and How It Is Stored
Your data is stored securely in encrypted cloud databases on MongoDB Atlas. We follow industry best practices for transport layer security (TLS/SSL encryption) and database access control.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your contact details with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners. Your information is strictly used for FindingSakhe.
5. How to Request Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your information from our waitlist at any time. Simply email us at findingsakhe@gmail.com with your registered email address, and we will promptly remove your record from our database.
